Book Launch

It was the year 2016, and I usually write a lot and publish the same on Facebook and Blogspot. Seeing my writing, one of my mentors suggested that "Hey Mubeen, "Why don't you write a book? Your blogs are inspiring others. If you can write the content as a book, that will inspire and impact more people's lives.

When I heard that I couldn't believe it myself because I never thought I could write a book on my own. So, I was reluctant in the beginning. Later as days progressed, more and more friends were reiterating the same decision. So, thought to take it forward and every month, I worked hard to complete the content and finally launched the book "Positive Ripples" by 12th May 2018.

On the day of the launch, the hall was brimming with loads of people which is an unusual and rare sight for a book launch. Many dignitaries such as Rathinavel Rajan, Regional HR Head - Asia at Ball corporation, Ms Padmapriya, Endurance cyclist, Sneha Mohandoss, Founder FoodBank-India, Philanthropist and a politician, Ragavi Shankar, Founder at The Headway Foundation were there in the event and the Chief Guest Rehana Ameer, Common Councillor - Vintry ward, City of London Corporation and Serial Entrepreneur launched the book with others at Swarna Sudharshan Hall, Nanmangalam.

The objective of the book "Positive Ripples" is to help any human being understand the power of positivity through real-life stories. When we throw a pebble in the water, it creates ripples and spreads far and wide. Similar way, I want this book to create that ripple effect in every human being. It's a book not just to read, but to implement those learnings effectively in their lives.

After we launched the book, 1000 copies were sold instantly in a few months and we had to republish the book with added content. This paved the way for us to work with students to create them as Authors and overall we have created around 260 plus child authors and they published the ebooks on Amazon Kindle.
